Worship is Like Spring!
Everything is blooming and the weather is warming up! Worship ministry has some similarities to Spring in that, as the people come to the Lord in worship the result is fruit.
Think about it…. worshipping the Lord developes the fruit of the Spirit. John 4:24 says “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” While Gal. 5:16 teaches us that if we “Walk in the Spirit, [we] shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.”
So then, as God’s people worship in spirit and in truth they shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh producing the fruit of the Spirit. Gal. 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
It is my prayer that there will be something here at Worship One! that will encourage you and lead you into a deeper life of worship to the Lord!
